Time Flies!
I have been lacking BIG time in the blog department… but that doesn’t mean that I’ve been sitting still! SO, I will try to touch on the highlights of the past 2 months with one string of words: After Parties, Blue Heron Winery (a lot of wine drinking!), barefooting, a giant Celtic Cross, Farm paintings, Weddings, Mike Posner, and a little shindigg known as the IU GLOWfest. I can say for sure that I have learned more about shooting video in this past two months than I have in the past two years combined! (For those that don’t know, I just laid hands on camera a little over a year and a half ago… I wasn’t one of those kids that “grew up with a camera in my hands”) Honestly, some of those lessons came the hard way, but I’m still kickin’ and moving full steam ahead! I also copped a new camera. Some of you video nerds out there know that there is a new landscape for production with the video DSLR. I too have jumped on that bandwagon with the Canon T2i, which has some pros and cons that I will discuss in a later post.
